Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions of booking a boat trip with CUMBRAE VOYAGES are listed below.

We are very flexible really with our trips although we do need a few terms in order for us to run the trips in an efficient manner.

1. Bookings are subject to minimum numbers for that trip which may vary depending on the trip & time of year.
2. If you are late for a trip then you are not entitled to a refund.
3. If we cancel a trip for any reason then we will reschedule the sailing.
4. We cannot guarantee that you will see all wildlife on a trip, although we will do our best to seek out as much as possible on your trip.
5. Trip times are approximate and subject to the weather and tides.
6. Departure times and cancellations are at our discretion entirely according to the sea conditions, tides, forecasts and seasonal variations.  We will always try to accommodate you with another trip.
7. Please remember to take with you any personal effects on board after the trip (also from the pockets from the jackets).
8. If you set off your lifejacket you will be liable to pay for a new air cylinder (kids beware!)

All vessels carry third party passenger liability insurance (excluding personal effects) and are fully licenced as are all our skippers.

Safety of all our passengers is paramount and all our boats are compliant with the stringent standards set out by the Marine & Coastguard Agency (MCA) requirements and are fully insured.  All safety equipment you may  require is provided.  Our trips are guided & skippered by experienced qualified professionals.

We also run a variety of Corporate Events, group days, Stag/Hen days and weekends and also custom trips to suit you.  For those events we can organise the entire event including accomodation, meals, other transportation and any other requirements that you may have.

Although we are based on the West Coast of Scotland we are fully mobile and can bring the boats to your location.  Please just get in touch with us with an enquiry.
